Bookings Bookings can be made by completing our application form and returning it to us, either via e-mail or fax. Applications will be treated on a first come, first serve basis, and only once a deposit of R5 000 per team is paid, will a booking be confirmed. The deposit can be paid into the following bank account:
This deposit will be non-refundable. The number of people that are applied for can be changed up to three weeks before a course is due to start. After this date, applicants will have to pay for the number of people that were booked for. A R300 non refundable breakage fee will be charged. Alternatively, groups can decide to take the R1000 refundable breakage deposit option. Once breakages have been allocated to groups, the balance of the R1000 will be paid back to schools 30 days after departure.
